Bek designs sets, costume and puppets for a variety of performance including opera, classic drama, theatre for young audiences and immersive experiences.

Bek trained in Performance Design at LIPA and studied Post Graduate Theatre Design at RWCMD. She specialises in designing and making puppets and has also worked as an Installation Artist for Punchdrunk and as Wardrobe Manager for Qdos Pantomimes and as Deputy Wardrobe Manager for Grange Park Opera.
